Feedback on the game. What's fun, what's frustrating, what felt unfair, what made you come back the next day. Honest reactions are more useful than polite ones.
Bug reports. Please include the browser and operating system you were using, a brief description of what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots and short screen recordings are extremely helpful.
Accessibility issues. If something about the game made it harder to play with assistive technology, with a color-vision difference, with reduced motion preferences, or on a particular device, please say so. Accessibility fixes get priority.
Copyright or trademark concerns. If you believe content on petrisgame.com infringes on a right of yours, send a notice including the work in question, the URL on this site where you believe the infringement appears, and your contact information. Good-faith requests are addressed quickly.
Press, interviews, and write-ups. Reporters and bloggers writing about indie web games are welcome. Brief Q&A by email is generally easier than scheduled calls.
Partnerships and integrations. If you run a games portal or a school computer-lab site and want to talk about featuring or embedding PETRIS, email with details about the audience and use case.
Translation help. If you'd like to volunteer to translate the page text into another language, that's appreciated.
What Not to Send
To keep the inbox manageable, please skip:
Generic SEO or backlink offers.
"I can boost your traffic" pitches.
Cold ad-network recruitment that isn't tailored to this site.
Cryptocurrency, NFT, or gambling integration proposals — PETRIS will not be adding any of those.
Response Time
Most messages get a reply within a few days. Bug reports with reproducible steps and accessibility issues are usually answered first. Press inquiries that include the publication and a hard deadline are flagged for fast turnaround.
This is a side project, not a company. There's no support team and no ticket system — just one inbox. Plain text emails work better than elaborate forms or attachments larger than a few megabytes.
Other Channels
There is no Discord server, no Twitter/X account, no Reddit community, and no Telegram channel run by PETRIS at this time. Any account claiming to be the official PETRIS social presence is not. The only authoritative communication channel is the email address above and the pages on this site.
Mailing Address
PETRIS does not have a mailing address. Postal mail cannot be received. If you need a written confirmation of something for legal purposes, please request it by email and we will respond by email.
